The gallery and gardens at Douglas Dawson are available for cocktail receptions or similar events and may accommodate as many as 130 persons. However the space handles approximately 80 for a seated dinner. Events may be scheduled after gallery hours or on Sundays. Events should end no later than 11:00 PM. The rental rate is between $3500 - $4000, depending on the scope of the event. Not-for-profit rates shall be quoted upon request. The rental fee is for use of the space only. General catering pre- and post- event tasks are included in this rate. Additional time may be arranged for more complex events. If interested, please contact the gallery for more detailed information. We highly recommend a site visit, as the space promotes itself.
